Proposals and anniversaries, choreographed
The ring held at the pass, the dessert timed to the second, the table where you first sat. Our concierge has staged hundreds of these evenings and treats each one like the only one.
The night, stage-managed
About a quarter of the proposals in this room were planned weeks ahead with the concierge. We hold the ring, brief the floor team, time the dessert, and keep any photographer invisible until the question lands.
Anniversaries get a quieter version of the same care: the menu you ate on your first visit recreated where the season allows, the same table pulled from the booking book, and a bottle from the year that matters to you.

How we plan it
The call
Tell the concierge the plan. One person owns it from that moment; nothing is discussed where it can be overheard.
The staging
Table, timing, props and any photographer are arranged and rehearsed before the date.
The moment
You enjoy dinner. We hit the cue. The rest is yours to tell forever.
He'd told them everything, down to which spoon went where. She had no idea until the dome lifted. Flawless.
A recent yes
Before you book
Tell us the plan, quietly
One form, one person on the other end. Share the date and the idea and the concierge takes it from there.
