Christmas at the Epicurean table
December bookings open in October and the festive card runs from the first of the month: marron and turkey on the same table, a Christmas pudding that took the pastry team three years to get right, and the river doing the decorating.
- Christmas Day lunch at $295 per adult, four courses plus canapes.

The terrace runs the warmer months with its own lounge menu: raw bar plates, spritzes, and the kind of view that makes the first round disappear fast.
Rooftop seats are released seven days ahead and move inside if the weather turns. Golden hour sittings from 17:00 are the ones to book early.

The midnight supper menu

The Cellar Room

Dinner at a private table steps from the salon's own blackjack room.
Weekend dates book six to ten weeks out in season. The
Cellar Room often has midweek availability within a
fortnight, and December dates open in October.
Yes. Hosted gaming salons, private poker tables and
floor tours can follow dinner for guests 18 and over.
The concierge schedules the transition so the evening
keeps one flow.
Private rooms carry a minimum food and beverage spend
rather than a hire fee: $1,200 for the Cellar Room
through to $12,000 for a full buyout on peak dates.
Every room has screens and microphones built in, and our
events team books musicians, MCs and staging on your
behalf. External suppliers are welcome with approval.
