01 · Reservations

Getting a table

Booking rules for the dining room, counter and terrace.

Standard reservations open sixty days ahead. The chef's table releases on the first of each month for the following month, and December bookings open in October.

The bar and lounge always hold walk-in seats, and last-minute dining room tables do open through cancellations. The concierge can add you to the same-day waitlist.

Yes, add a note when booking. River windows and the kitchen counter are held for requests in booking order, and we confirm the zone when we confirm your time.

Two hours for à la carte, two and a half for the tasting menu, and the whole evening at the chef's table. Late menus in the lounge run until 01:00 on weekends.

02 · Casino & dress code

The other side of the night

Entry rules and what to wear across the resort.

Smart casual in the dining room. The casino floor requires neat dress: no thongs, singlets or work boots, and the private salons ask for collared shirts after 20:00.

Guests must be 18 or older with photo ID. A driver licence, passport or proof of age card is accepted; international guests should carry a passport.

The main gaming floor is open to all guests 18 and over. Our hosted salon experiences are reserved for dining guests and members.

Yes. Self-exclusion, spending limits and support referrals are handled discreetly through the concierge or directly at Crown Perth's responsible gaming desk, any hour.

03 · Dietary & family

Eating your way

Allergies, preferences and younger guests.

Tell us at booking and the kitchen writes around the allergy rather than stripping dishes on the night. Severe allergies get a call from the duty chef before your visit.

Yes, a parallel seven-course plant menu runs nightly at the same price. Gluten-free and dairy-free versions are written fresh each day as well.

Children are welcome until 20:00 with a dedicated menu. After eight the dining room shifts to adults, and the casino floor is 18+ at all times.

04 · Deposits & cancellations

The money side

Guarantees, deposits and what happens if plans change.

A $100 per person hold applies to tasting menus, the chef's table and peak weekend sittings. It is an authorisation only, released automatically after your visit.

Free cancellation to 48 hours out. Inside 48 hours the guarantee applies; inside 24 hours or for no-shows, the full menu price. Details live on the refunds page.

Private rooms take a 20% deposit credited to your bill, with sliding cancellation terms from fourteen days. The events desk walks through them in writing before you commit.

05 · Getting here

Parking, valet and transport

Everything between your front door and ours.

The Crown Perth multi-storey off Great Eastern Highway is free with validation at our host desk. Valet runs at the main porte-cochere from 17:00 for $25.

The concierge books chauffeured cars across the metro area, and hotel guests at Crown Towers reach us by internal transfer. Standard rideshare ranks sit at the main entrance.

Burswood station is a ten-minute walk through the resort grounds, and buses stop at the Great Eastern Highway entrance. The last trains run just after midnight on weekends.

06 · Gifts & membership

Cards and the Circle

Gift vouchers and how the Plateau Circle works.

Dollar-value cards from $50, emailed within minutes and valid three years. They work against any bookable service including private events and salon evenings.

Cards are transferable to anyone and refundable to the original purchaser within fourteen days of issue if unused. After that they work like cash toward any booking.

Membership is by invitation after three visits or by referral from a current member. The circle caps at two hundred members, so invitations move slowly and deliberately.
