IncludedThe chef's table, six seats only
A marble counter facing the pass, a menu that doesn't exist anywhere else, and chef Ellison narrating each course between services. It is the hardest table to book in Perth and the one guests write about.
- Two seatings weekly, Thursday and Friday, released a month ahead.
- Ten courses plus a cellar tour and a take-home menu signed by the brigade.
- Slots released on the first of each month for the following month.

The Plateau Circle
A small membership for guests who dine with us often: first access to tasting menu releases, cellar allocations, chef's table waitlists and the salon calendar.
How invitations work
Membership is by invitation after three visits, or by referral from a current member. The circle stays capped at two hundred so the benefits mean something.
Priority reservations
A dedicated phone line that answers with a table, not a waitlist.
Cellar allocations
Museum releases offered to members before the wine list sees them.
Event presale
Winemaker dinners and tournament seats offered a week early.
Guest privileges
Complimentary aperitifs for your table, and salon introductions for guests.
Valet & transfers
Valet from 17:00, plus chauffeured transfers across the metro on request.
Resort rooms
Preferential rates at Crown Towers booked through our desk.
Theatre & shows
Dinner timed to curtain for shows at the Crown Theatre.
Anything else
Flowers, cakes, proposals, lost phones at 23:00. The desk has seen it all.
One desk, the whole resort
Our concierge sits between the dining room and the casino floor. If it happens at Crown Perth, this desk can probably arrange it, and most of it costs nothing beyond your dinner.
Regulars text the desk directly. New guests reach it through the contact form or at +61 8 9362 7777, and the team replies within the hour during service.

Pearl Salon access
VIP lounge, members and guests
Leather, low light and a humidor kept at sixty-five percent. The lounge pours the rare spirits shelf after dinner and keeps a small menu of late plates for the salon crowd.
- Cuban and new-world cigars kept in a walk-in humidor.
- The whisky shelf extends to bottles we pour nowhere else.
- Guests of members welcome until capacity; the concierge holds spots nightly.
Proposals and anniversaries, choreographed
A quarter of the proposals in this room happened because someone told the concierge the plan weeks earlier. We hold the ring, time the dessert, and keep the photographer out of sight until the right second.
Anniversaries get the same treatment at a lower volume: the menu you ate on the first visit recreated where possible, the same table if we can find it in the book.
Plan the eveningWalk the room before you arrive
A virtual visit of the dining room, cellar and terrace, shot on a quiet Tuesday. On mobile it follows your phone as you turn.

Four rooms, three minutes. Pick your table for real before booking it.
